After building your memory pack with the AI Migrator, you can load it into ChatGPT so every conversation benefits from your personal context.
Option A: Add to ChatGPT's Memory (Recommended)
The easiest way to import your context is to drop it into a chat and ask ChatGPT to remember it. This way, ChatGPT will know about you across all future conversations.
- Download your profile
In the AI Migrator, download your full profile as Markdown or JSON.
- Open a new ChatGPT chat
Go to chat.openai.com and start a new conversation.
- Drop the file or paste your profile
Drag and drop the downloaded file directly into the chat, or open the file and paste its contents. Then send this prompt:
“This is my personal profile and preferences exported from another AI assistant. Please save all of this information to your memory so you can reference it in future conversations.”
Option B: Custom Instructions
You can also paste your context into Custom Instructions so ChatGPT always has it available without needing memory.
- Open ChatGPT Settings
Click your profile icon, then Settings.
- Go to Personalization > Custom Instructions
In Settings, navigate to Personalization and find the Custom Instructions section.
- Paste into “What would you like ChatGPT to know about you?”
Copy the system prompt format of your memory pack and paste it into the first text box. Click Save.
Option C: Create a Custom GPT
- Go to “Explore GPTs”
In the ChatGPT sidebar, click Explore GPTs, then click Create in the top right.
- Configure your GPT
Switch to the Configure tab. Give your GPT a name like “Personal Assistant” and paste your memory pack contents into the Instructions field.
- Save and use
Click Save and choose to keep it private. You can now start conversations with this GPT for personalized interactions.
